The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the International Council on Systems Engineering is comprised of individuals who are focused on defining customer needs and required functionality early in the development cycle, documenting requirements, and then proceeding with design synthesis and system validation. This is executed while considering the complete problem: operations, performance, test, manufacturing, cost & schedule, training & support, and disposal.

The INCOSE mission is to foster the definition, understanding, and practice of world class systems engineering in industry, academia, and government.

The San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of INCOSE has a general membership of approximately 140 individuals from throughout the Silicon Valley/San Francisco Bay Area.  INCOSE chapter meetings are held from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm the second Monday of every month.  Each meeting addresses a specific topic. Details on the meeting topic as well as location and remote call-in procedures are mailed electronically and posted to the events calendar at least one week prior to the meeting.
